Overall the stay was good, but disappointing that they were experiencing so many issues -- unable to access parking to/from the lobby, lounge/breakfast area closed under construction, only one of three elevators seemed to be working, etc. Pool area closing ridiculously early at 7pm even when there was no evening event scheduled at the nightclub (shared space).
Rooms were reasonably nice and well-appointed. Had to call staff and long waits to obtain simple things like ice and drinking water, but overall staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Hopefully, things are improving with this property and we would consider staying again if so.

What a beautiful property! It has old money elegance, the friendliest staff, amazing food and drinks in both the lobby bar and the rooftop bar! We had an absolutely fantastic experience and will be back! We typically stay at a Fairmont downtown but Azur is our new favourite!! Thanks for the wonderful weekend and the lovely birthday surprise for my husband.

Very well laid out Aframe. Delivers more than one expects of the a small place. It has everything you need and it’s a delight to be start the day with the crow of a rooster.

A cozy little cabin with everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. Tucked away beside the forest. It felt wonderfully private. The best part was falling asleep to the sound of frogs at night and waking up to roosters in the morning.
